This meeting is to review and seek feedback on the proposals for:
- The creation of a crosswalk between the current RTF UES Weatherization Insulation values and ETO's recent evaluation results
- The weighting of ETO's evaluations for an adjustment factor of the current RTF UES Weatherization values based on regional program design
